When placing an order via the CHI online store, the system will automatically send an email with tracking information to the person who placed the order once the item(s) are shipped.
If you do not receive any tracking information, please reach out the Client Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number in the request.
The order number may be found by going to:
2) Enter your username/password
3) Click "Login"
4) Click on "Order History"
5) Lookup the order number you would like tracking information for
6) Email the Client Relations team at email@example.com or call the Client Relations team between the hours of 10:00am EST and 4:00pm EST Monday through Friday at 857-284-7570 and select option 5.
