A Centering Healthcare account may only be created by those affiliated with a licensed Centering site.
- If you are part of a licensed Centering site and would like to setup an account, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://centeringhealthcare.org/
- Click on "My Portal"

Click on "Don't have an account yet? Click here to get started"
- Click on "Member of an existing site?"

Complete all the required fields
- If you do not have the "Site License" number available (the license number begins with a "M" following by a series of 3 to 5 digits) please reach out to the Client Relations team at help@centeringhealthcare.org
- Click "Create Account"
