To receive CEU/CME credits, please register for a Centering Facilitation workshop.  Once the workshop is completed, the participant will receive an evaluation form via email.  Then, an email with a copy of the certificate will be sent once the completed evaluation is received. 

CEU/CME credits are for CHI led workshops only (does not include In-House Workshops). 

In other words, CEU credits are limited to workshops led by CHI staff only.  We apologize for any confusion around these credits.  

For non CHI led workshops, CHI may issue a certificate of completion which provides documentation for CCF.
