Centering workshop evaluations are a way to ensure we are striving to serve our Centering partners in the best possible way.  

Here's how it will work:

• When you register yourself or someone within your organization for a workshop, be sure to include a valid email
• At the end of the workshop, the CHI advisor will confirm attendance
• Within 24-48 hours, an email will be sent containing a link to an online evaluation (the evaluation must be completed in its entirety in order to submit)
• Submit the evaluation
• The workshop certificate and CEUs will be downloaded to your Centering account. You'll have access to this important information electronically under "My CEUs" section.

We appreciate your time and efforts to thoughtfully complete the evaluation. Your feedback, both positive and critical, enables us to continually improve our workshop offerings!
