To reset the password for your Centering Healthcare account, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://centeringhealthcare.org/login
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your username/email address associated with the account
   1. If someone within your organization has created an account on your behalf, the username should be the email address you were assigned within your organization.  If you are unsure, you may check with your site administrator and/or email the Centering Healthcare help desk. 
4. Click "Send Email"
5. An email will be sent to the email address registered on file.  Please check your spam/junk folder.
6. Click on the link provided in the email 
7. Enter the password information and click "Set Password"
