1) https://centeringhealthcare.org/login

2) Enter your username/password

3) Click "Login"

4) Click on "Order History"

5) Lookup the order number you would like tracking information for

6) Email the Client Relations team at help@centeringhealthcare.org or call customer service phone number between the hours of 10:00am EST and 4:00pm EST at 857-284-7570 and select option 5.
