Centering Healthcare Institute understands there may be situations when a workshop participant may need to reschedule or transfer a workshop registration seat to another staff member.
The following are CHI guidelines for rescheduling a workshop or transferring a workshop seat to a new participant:
Rescheduling an Entire Workshop
Should a conflict arise and a workshop participant is no longer able to attend the workshop they originally signed up for, please contact the Client Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule the participant for a future workshop date.
Rescheduling One or Two Workshop Sessions
In order to be qualified to facilitate Centering groups and receive CEU/CME credits, a participant must attend all four sessions of the workshop.
If a participant misses a workshop session, they cannot continue the workshop.
If a participant must miss a session, please contact our Client Relations team at email@example.com with as much prior notice as possible. This may ensure the participant will be rescheduled to another workshop, depending on availability.
Failure to attend one of the four sessions of a workshop with no notice to CHI, will result in an automatic registration cancellation. The participant must then re-register for a new workshop at full price in order to be qualified to lead Centering groups.
Transferring a Workshop Registration Seat
Should a participant no longer need to attend a workshop, the seat may be transferred to another colleague within the same site. Please contact the Client Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org two days or more prior to the event start date for a workshop transfer request.
Please note: Each workshop participant must be in attendance for the entirety of the workshop and must have video and audio capability the entire time. Missing part or all of a session will result in not qualifying for CEU/CME credits, and will not be recognized as a Centering facilitator. Any CHI notebooks/materials provided to the initial participant must be forwarded to the new participant attending the workshop.
